Your signature should show the newly added link that will allow anyone to see your availability. For full Calendar synching and related features, you'll need an Exchange account such as (free). Go back to your inbox and create a new email. Next to “Text to display” type in “here” and paste the link you copied to the address line. Go into your email signature and add the wording “Need to schedule a meeting? Check my availability here.” Highlight the word “here” and select the hyperlink icon as highlighted below. Step 4) After you have published, click on the HTML link and copy it. We recommend just setting it to “Can view when I’m busy.” Step 3) Click on Calendar > Shared Calendars > Select a calendar to publish and set permissions.
Scroll all the way to the bottom where it says “View all Outlook settings” Click on the Account Settings box (just to the left of your photo). The top one is the normal calendar, the bottom one is the added calendar. I have included a screen capture of the two calendar item headers. When making appointments in the new calendar, several menus items are not available (category color, file operations, etc.) I tried to add these items into the ribbon, however they do not work.
